How do i place an order?

Can I order something that's out of stock?

Yes! Since everything is handmade, we can remake most items. Just message us with the product you're interested in and we'll let you know the lead time and availability. Turnaround is usually 4-7 business days depending on the piece.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn't started. After that window, we're unable to cancel since your piece is already being made by hand. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

My piece looks slightly different from the photo — is that normal?

Yes, completely normal and expected! Because everything is handmade using natural fibres and concrete, slight variations in texture, colour, size, and pattern are an inherent part of the craft. These differences are what make your piece uniquely yours — not defects.

Yes! We use only natural, eco-friendly materials — no harmful chemicals or synthetic dyes. Our kids' DIY kits are designed to be safe and fun for little hands, with age-appropriate materials and clear instructions. We recommend adult supervision for younger children.
