Return and Refund

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and an unboxing video.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Change of mind returns: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & personalised orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you. Custom orders

India: We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Domestic
International: We ship worldwide. Delivery time is typically 10–20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. International
Local pickup: Available if you are based in our city. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will coordinate a convenient time with you. Pickup
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your handmade piece arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Processing time: Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch, as each item is made or packed by hand.
